These are the different types of batteries used in vehicle.



1. Standard flooded battery, STD

2. Enhanced flooded battery, EFB (Also known as Maintenance Free)

3. Enhanced flooded battery, EFB, refillable

4. Starter battery, EFB (Only on vehicles equipped with BATS-D / Dual Energy Storage System, DESS)

5. Gel battery (Default for vehicles with Dual Energy Storage System (DESS))

6. AGM battery (Default for high energy consumption vehicles with Single Energy Storage System (SESS))
